Shipping destinations

CardHarbour ships from the United Kingdom to customers across the UK and all 27 European Union countries.

Orders are carefully packed to help protect trading cards, sealed products and collectibles during transit.

Order processing

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has been received.

During busy periods or major product releases, processing may take longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.

UK shipping rates

Standard Delivery:

  • Up to 0.998 kg: £4.95
  • Over 0.998 kg to 1.996 kg: £5.95
  • Over 1.996 kg to 4.990 kg: £7.95
  • Over 4.990 kg to 9.979 kg: £9.95
  • Over 9.979 kg to 18.144 kg: £14.95

Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Express Delivery:

  • Up to 1.996 kg: £7.95
  • Over 1.996 kg to 4.990 kg: £9.95
  • Over 4.990 kg to 9.979 kg: £12.95

Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Free Standard Delivery is available on eligible UK orders of £150 or more.

European Union shipping rates

Shipping charges depend on the total weight of the order:

  • Up to 0.998 kg: £13.99
  • Over 0.998 kg to 1.996 kg: £16.99
  • Over 1.996 kg to 4.990 kg: £23.99
  • Over 4.990 kg to 9.979 kg: £34.99

Weight bands shown in kilograms are approximate conversions. The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

For orders exceeding the listed weight bands, please contact us before ordering.

European delivery times

European delivery takes longer than UK delivery. Delivery times vary by destination, carrier and customs clearance.

We cannot currently confirm a reliable delivery window for every European destination. Customs processing and local delivery delays may extend the delivery time.

Please contact us before ordering if you need your order by a particular date. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

European destinations

We currently deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Customs, import VAT and duties

UK orders: any applicable import costs have already been covered by CardHarbour. Customers will not be asked to pay additional import VAT or customs duties on delivery within the UK.

European Union orders: import VAT, customs duties and carrier customs-handling fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge. These must be paid by the customer if charged.

The amount depends on the destination and order value. CardHarbour cannot confirm these charges in advance. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided when the selected delivery service includes tracking.

Delivery issues

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, is incomplete or contains an incorrect item, please email info@cardharbour.co.uk with your order number.

For damaged or incorrect deliveries, please include clear photographs of the packaging and items to help us investigate.
