Shipping
We currently ship orders across the UK and all 27 European Union countries.
All orders are carefully packed to help protect your trading cards and sealed products during transit.
Order Processing
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has been received.
Orders received earlier in the day are often dispatched the same day.
During particularly busy periods or major product releases, dispatch may occasionally take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.
UK Delivery
Standard Delivery
- £4.95 for orders up to 0.998 kg
- £5.95 for orders over 0.998 kg up to 1.996 kg
- £7.95 for orders over 1.996 kg up to 4.990 kg
- £9.95 for orders over 4.990 kg up to 9.979 kg
- £14.95 for orders over 9.979 kg up to 18.144 kg
Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Express Delivery
- £7.95 for orders up to 1.996 kg
- £9.95 for orders over 1.996 kg up to 4.990 kg
- £12.95 for orders over 4.990 kg up to 9.979 kg
Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Free Standard Delivery
Free Standard Delivery is available on UK orders over £150.
Tracking information will be provided for delivery services that include tracking.
European Delivery
We currently ship to all 27 European Union countries.
Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order:
- 0–0.998 kg: £13.99
- Over 0.998 kg to 1.996 kg: £16.99
- Over 1.996 kg to 4.990 kg: £23.99
- Over 4.990 kg to 9.979 kg: £34.99
European delivery takes longer than UK delivery. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, and customs clearance may cause additional delays. We cannot currently confirm a reliable delivery window for every European destination. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date.
European delivery is currently available to:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
UK orders: no additional import VAT or customs charges on delivery. For European orders, import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees are not included and must be paid by the customer if charged. These charges vary by destination and order value.
Returns & Cancellations
If you purchase from CardHarbour online, you may have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to applicable UK consumer law.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within the applicable cancellation period. You will normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Returned products should be sent back securely and, where possible, in their original condition and packaging.
Customers may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where applicable.
We will process eligible refunds in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
The cost of standard delivery will normally also be refunded where a customer exercises their statutory cancellation right. Additional delivery costs for an enhanced delivery service may not be refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or contains the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and product so we can investigate the issue and assist you.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
